Where can I date?

You choose! This is your membership. We are a global agency and can match you wherever you like, just let us know in your preferences when building your profile. Each membership allows you to select the Most Important Preferences for our team to focus on.

Do I approve or see the matches before being matched or meeting them?

OF COURSE, you approve of each match prior to them having any of your contact information. Once each party approves of the match, your matchmaker will reach out to the both of you to inform you there is a match. You will have time to speak with your matchmaker, view the matches profile and watch the matches video to approve of them and get a sense of who you will be potentially meeting.

Once I purchase a package, when can I start being matched?

Once purchased, your matchmaker will be in touch within 24 hours to schedule your profile building appointment. This appointment will be via FaceTime or Zoom and will take roughly 1 hour of your time. You will come dressed to impress during this video, as we will be recording 1-3 minutes of your profile to show your potential matches. Once your profile is complete, we can start matching you, dependent on your membership, match preferences and difficulty.

How many matches do I get?

Great question. This will depend on the membership you purchase. Each membership has its own number of matches and months in which to be matched. Basic Packages have no match guarantees, we simply contact the individuals you choose to see if they aprove of matching with you. Each person that says yes, will be a confirmed match for you.

What is considered "a match"?

A match is considered "a match" when both parties have seen the others profile and approved. Each party will separately approve of the other before any introductions are made. Once introduced, it is considered a match.

What is Hold Time?

Hold Time is when you ask Matchmaking Masters to pause your membership so that you don't lose time or matches. You may use hold time if you have an illness or surgery, if you meet a match and want time to get to know them, or if you simply want to take a pause in your membership. Each membership has a difference in hold times allotted.

When does this promotion expire?

What's a Match Rejection?

A Profile Rejection is where you have the ability to deny a match, for whatever reason. Once you are out of profile rejections, you may buy additional or simply lose that match. Our matches are hand curated and proven succesful via AI matching, we are looking for those who are serious in opening their hearts and minds to the process of matchmaking and our success patterns.

What's Scouting?

Scouting is when Matchmaking Masters has its team of recruiters source your perfect match in addition to our extensive roster of candidates.

What's the difference between Basic Packages & Guaranteed Memberships?

Basic Packages have less time and matches, no scouting, concierge, than Guaranteed Memberships

What is Preference Focus?

The Preference Focus are the non-negotiable(s) that you are seeking in a partner. These are our main focus in finding you a match. Once you let us know these focuses, you may not change them within the membership timeframe without an additional cost.
