2. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Please understand that there are no refunds for any reason. We plan and staff our events based on the number of tickets sold, and this policy helps us ensure the best possible experience for all attendees.
3. Matchmaking Outcome
Matchmaking Masters facilitates opportunities for connections, but we make no guarantees regarding the number or quality of matches you may receive at our events. The number of matches is subject to mutual interest between attendees and is not within our control. As such, the possibility of not receiving any matches exists.
4. No Guarantee Matching
If you are seeking a guaranteed match, we encourage you to consider purchasing one of our membership plans instead of pur speed dating tickets. Memberships are designed to offer a more comprehensive service, with a focus on personalized matchmaking with a guarantee of matches.
5. Privacy Policy
Matchmaking Masters is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers and their personal information. The details shared with us are used exclusively for the purpose of facilitating our speed dating events and creating an environment where privacy is valued and respected. The private location of our speed dating events is confidential and shared exclusively with individuals who have purchased a ticket. This information is considered sensitive and must be protected to ensure the safety and privacy of all our attendees. Customers are strictly prohibited from disclosing the event location to any third party who has not purchased a ticket. The unauthorized sharing of this information jeopardizes the integrity and security of our events. Any customer found to have shared the private location address with non-ticket holders will face immediate action:
- Blacklisting: The offending individual will be blacklisted from all future Matchmaking Masters' events and membership opportunities.
- Event Attendance Refusal: The individual in violation of this policy will not be permitted to attend the event for which they have shared the location.
- Refunds: In accordance with our No Refund Policy, customers who have violated this privacy policy will not receive any form of refund for the ticket purchased, even if they are barred from attending the event as a result of this violation.
