By providing personal information on our Site, you authorize its use for our offline matchmaking services ("Matching") and its disclosure to clients. Matchmaking Masters facilitates introductions through Matchmaking and Events but does not guarantee successful matches. Members are solely responsible for their communication and decisions; we are not liable for any outcomes. You may browse our Site freely or create an "Account." Registration requires you to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. We may deny or terminate access if we suspect inaccuracies. Major changes to your profile or preferences may incur a fee of $250.

2a. CRIMINAL HISTORY

By registering for Matching services, you affirm that you have no felony convictions and are not required to register as a sex offender. Matchmaking Masters may conduct criminal background checks as deemed necessary, but generally does not perform them.

2b. MATCHING CRITERIA

Participation in Matching requires the completion of a registration questionnaire. We do not guarantee suitable matches or contact from potential matches. All Matching services and information provided are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Services must be used for genuine relationship-seeking purposes to maintain the integrity of the process. For non-Guaranteed Memberships, matches are classified as "Potential Matches"; we will contact the maximum allowed matches without guaranteeing approval. If a match is not approved, it will be considered lost, and you may proceed to the next Potential Match.

Registration requires true, accurate, current, and complete information. We may deny or terminate access if inaccuracies are suspected. Major changes to your profile or preferences may incur a fee of $250.

2c. MARITAL STATUS

By requesting matches from our Services, you represent and warrant that you are not currently married. If you are separated for more than 3 years but not legally divorced, you may use or register for our Services, only if you do not live with your past spouse or are in the process of repairing the relationship.

2d. ACCOUNTS

To create an Account, you must provide your name, email address, and password ("Account Information"). This information must remain confidential and not be shared with third parties. If your Account Information is used to access the Site, we assume it is you or your authorized representative. You are solely responsible for all activities under your Account.

We reserve the right to take necessary actions to ensure the security of the Site and your Account, including terminating your Account, changing your password, or requesting additional verification. You assume responsibility for actions taken under your Account that violate these Terms.

Matchmaking Masters is not liable for damages arising from (i) our actions or inaction, (ii) compromise of your Account or password confidentiality, or (iii) unauthorized access to your Account. You may not use another person's Account without permission. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.

You agree not to create more than one Account, register on behalf of another individual or entity without authorization, and only post photos taken within the last two (2) years.

2e. RISK ASSUMPTION & PRECAUTION

You assume all risks associated with using our Services, including interactions with other users. You are solely responsible for these interactions and should review our Safety Guidelines before meeting anyone for the first time. Matchmaking Masters makes no guarantees regarding compatibility with users you meet through our Services. You agree to take necessary precautions when meeting or continuing relationships with other users. Report any violations of these Terms by others immediately.

2f. NO HARASSMENT OF EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS

You may not harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten employees or agents of Matchmaking Masters. Violations will result in immediate blacklisting and permanent deletion of your account, regardless of the matchmaking stage or service level.

2g. DISCLOSURE TO PROTECT

Matchmaking Masters reserves the right, but is not obligated, to disclose any information you provide if we suspect it involves potential abuse, including elder, child, spousal abuse, neglect, or domestic violence. We may share information with appropriate authorities, including law enforcement or child protection agencies. You acknowledge and agree to this disclosure policy.

2h. YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Matchmaking Masters users. We do not conduct criminal background checks or verify user statements. We make no representations regarding user conduct or compatibility. Matchmaking Masters reserves the right to conduct background checks at any time. We are not liable for any damages arising from your or others' conduct related to our Site or Services, including bodily injury, transmission of diseases, emotional distress, or damages from communications or meetings with other users. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions, especially when meeting in person. Do not provide your financial or personal information to other users.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are in dollars, excluding tax, shipping, and processing fees. Prices may change without prior notice; however, the price at the time of order is final.

Our matchmaking agency offers various event tickets, packages, and membership levels. We reserve the right to change fees or terms at any time without prior notice. Full payment is required before services are provided.

All event ticket sales are final; no refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers are permitted. No-shows forfeit their tickets. A $50 fee will apply to any disputes charged to the card on file.

Event tickets cannot be exchanged for different events, dates, or services. Please verify all purchase details before finalizing. Purchases must be made by 3 PM PST; late purchases will be credited to the next available event.

Payment is due immediately upon order, including pre-orders or waitlist products, via accepted payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or online methods like PayPal.

Payment cards are subject to validation and authorization by your card issuer. We are not liable for any delays or non-purchase due to lack of authorization.

For Guaranteed Packages, the second payment is due only when the client enters into an exclusive relationship for 3 months, an engagement, or marriage during the contract term.

Refunds for memberships and packages are not available after 3 days of purchase. Refunds within the first 3 days incur a $75 fee, deducted from the refund amount.

For subscriptions, members with discounted monthly subscriptions will be charged the full subscription amount upon renewal.

By placing an order with Matchmaking Masters, you confirm your legal capacity to enter binding contracts and that you are the legitimate card owner. By purchasing, you agree to these terms without exceptions.

3a. FREE MATCH DISCOUNTS & GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid only for Regular Packages and Guaranteed Memberships; they cannot be applied to events or Exclusive Memberships.

Free Match discounts apply only to clients joining Regular Packages, Exclusive Memberships, or Guaranteed Memberships, and do not apply to Complimentary Memberships.

Order Information and Data Protection

To place an order with Matchmaking Masters, you may need to provide certain information, including your full name, email, gender, phone number, credit card details, expiration date, CVC, and billing address.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method for your order, and (ii) the information you provide is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting this information, you authorize us to share it with third-party payment processors for order fulfillment and agree not to hold Matchmaking Masters liable for any unforeseen data breaches.

We collect and use personal information solely to facilitate introductions between our members and do not share it with third parties without your consent. We prioritize data security and implement measures to protect your information.

Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that the software, code, proprietary methods, and systems used by Matchmaking Masters ("Our Technology") are: (i) copyrighted by us or our licensors under U.S. and international laws; (ii) protected by intellectual property rights; and (iii) owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, post, transmit, sell, or redistribute Our Technology without our prior written consent. You must adhere to all copyright notices and restrictions associated with Our Technology.

These Terms do not grant you any license to use Our Technology. Any names, logos, and materials displayed on the Site or in the Services ("Marks") are trademarks of Matchmaking Masters or other entities, and you are prohibited from using them. Ownership of all Marks and associated goodwill remains with us or the respective entities.

Use of third-party software provided in connection with the Site or Services will be governed by the respective third parties' licenses, not by these Terms.

Member Code of Conduct

Members must adhere to the following code:

a) **Respect:** All members must treat each other with respect and courtesy. Abusive or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.

b) **Honesty:** Members are expected to communicate truthfully in all interactions with others and our agency.

c) **Confidentiality:** Members must keep personal information about other members confidential.

d) **Dating Intent:** Members are expected to actively seek a match and meet their matches. No financial gain or requests for money, gifts, or similar compensations are permitted.

e) **No Sexual Relations:** Members must not engage in sexual activities with matches until both express interest in an exclusive relationship.

Violations of this code will result in immediate termination of membership and permanent deletion of the member's profile.

Event Member Code of Etiquette

Our event code of coduct is just as important to us. The following is our Code of Etiquette at our events:

1) No phones.

2) No exchanging numbers.

3) No innapropriate behavior or language.

4) No more than four drinks.

5) No physical or sexual touching or innuendos.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. What constitutes a material change is determined solely by us.

By continuing to use our services after revisions take effect, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website and our services immediately.
